New nurse practitioners join Baptist Health Urgent Care — Bryant

Tamara Tate, an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with specialization in family practice, brings more than 20 years of nursing care to the health team at Bryant. Tate was most recently a nurse practitioner at Compass Healthcare in Arkadelphia where she provided direct care to patients with urgent and chronic healthcare needs. She earned her master’s degree in nursing from Walden University and her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Henderson State University. She volunteers with the Clark County Search and Rescue Team in Arkadelphia as a SAR Tech II and safety officer. Josh Rowland is a nurse practitioner (NP) who earned his master’s degree from University of Central Arkansas with a 4.0 GPA and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas. In his spare time, he volunteers with the Special Olympics, Harmony Health Clinic and Our House Shelter for the Working Homeless.
